Project Management

The project manager will organise all the necessary documentation and logistic lifting the load from the client.

Valuation

Secure Data I.T. provides a valuation service for equipment which is due for storage. The aim is to provide an accurate report for your underwriters to ensure the items are correctly insured whilst in transit and storage.

Online Viewing and Retrieval of Assets

As part of the process we undertake a site survey to identify items for transportation, materials required for packing, access areas, logistics and valuation of goods. Secure Data I.T. surveyors produce a report for the project managers & client, for client approval and sign off. Upon request all items can be uploaded to Secure Data I.T. online systems allowing the client to audit, check and retrieve items.

Transportation

Secure Data I.T. has access to all types of vehicles and staff required to complete any given project. All our personnel have the skills and training needed for the job (including Health & Safety and First Aid).

Translators

Secure Data I.T. has access to local resources and translators making the running of logistics and project requirements in every country and region smoother and more efficient, making it easier to meet deadlines.

Packing

Based on the site survey report materials and packing products are identified and selected for the job. All packing products/materials are procured from recycling agents, reducing cost to the client and helping to protect the global environment.

Insurances

Our surveyors report identifies an estimated valuation of all goods. The valuation is based on old for new, new for new or used. Subject to an agreed valuation figure with the client and Secure Data I.T. insurance premiums are then quoted and insurance cover secured in readiness for the project start date.
