Site Survey
As part of the process a site survey is required to identify items for transportation, materials required for packing, access areas, logistics, and valuation of goods. Secure Data I.T. surveyors produce a report for the project managers/client for client approval and sign off.
Transportation
Secure Data I.T. has access to all types of vehicles and staff required to complete any given project requirement. All personnel are skilled to do the tasks allocated and trained in Health & Safety and First Aid is also incorporated.

Packing up
Based on the site survey, materials and packing products are identified and selected to do the job in hand. All packing products & materials are procured from recycling agents thus reducing cost to the client and helping to protect the global environment.
Insurances
Our surveyors report identifies an estimated valuation of all goods. The valuation is based on old for new or upon client's request to value on a used basis. Subject to an agreed valuation figure with the client and Secure Data I.T. insurances are then quoted in readiness for the kick off.
